My name is Brit Grogg, and I’m thrilled to share my journey with you. As a passionate wine importer and distributor based in San Antonio, Texas, my mission is to elevate the local dining experience by partnering with restaurants and shops to craft unique wine and food pairing menus for exclusive, one-night-only events, as well as hosting private tastings for any occasion.

My love for wine began during my time as a chef in Fort Collins, Colorado. Tasked with creating a harmonious pairing menu for the kitchen, I discovered the art of blending flavors and experiences, and I was instantly hooked. Over the next eight years, I honed my skills in various restaurants before transitioning into wine sales. This path led me to a large chain wine store, where I was a department sales lead, followed by a fulfilling role as assistant manager at a cherished local wine shop in Indianapolis, Indiana.

When my wife’s career in military medicine brought us to San Antonio, I seized the opportunity to launch Grogg Wine Distribution. I’m excited to collaborate with the vibrant culinary scene of South Texas, bringing exceptional wines to the table and creating memorable dining experiences.

I’m proud to be an active member of the LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce in San Antonio. I’ve also completed small business workshops at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Professional Studies, which have equipped me with the skills to build and grow a successful small business.
